India News is a Hindi language Indian TV news channel. Its motto is “Desh Ki Dhadkan“. The Channel is run by Kartikeya Sharma. Indian company Information TV (ITV) Media Group runs the channel. Deepak Chaurasia is the channel's Editor in Chief. The channel's market share growth rose from 4.5% to 8.4% (approx 90%) within 25 weeks.[citation needed][when?]

Popularity and growth[edit]
According to Television Audience Measurement (TAM) research, India News is the No. 1 Hindi news channel with maximum time spent per viewer and was No. 2 news channel in terms of gaining maximum viewership on counting day of Delhi Elections on 8 December 2013.[1]
India News has overtaken most brands since its launch in February 2013, including NDTV 24x7, and Zee News which has long been into existence.[2][3][4]
Media and broadcasting[edit]
India News broadcasting is managed by TV Pvt. Ltd. which have its own Teleport facility for the Uplinking of its satellite channels. The channel is available on all major DTH platforms, Digital/Analog cable, Web and Mobile Television.[2]
